Luxe Harbour Realty was founded in Beverly Hills in 2019 by Sarah Mitchell, a veteran of the luxury residential market with a decade of experience closing high-value transactions across Southern California.

What began as a boutique advisory practice quickly grew into one of the region's most respected luxury brokerages, expanding into the Texas markets of Houston, Dallas, and Austin in 2021 — drawn by the state's robust economy, exceptional lifestyle, and rapidly appreciating luxury segment.

Luxe Harbour Realty opens its first office at 436 N. Bedford Drive, Beverly Hills, focusing exclusively on the luxury residential segment of the Greater Los Angeles market.

Within our first full year of operation, Luxe Harbour Realty surpassed $100 million in closed sales volume, establishing the firm as a significant presence in the Beverly Hills and Bel Air markets.

2021

Texas Expansion

Recognising the rapid growth and opportunity in the Texas luxury market, we expanded operations to Houston, Dallas, and Austin, serving clients relocating from California and international buyers entering the Texas market.

Luxe Harbour Realty crossed $2.4 billion in cumulative sales volume, cementing our standing among the top-producing luxury brokerages in the Western United States.
